Empire Enforcement offer the following Services

 

Commercial Rent collection

Landlords who have trouble collecting their rent or who have tenants in arrears call us to help resolve this problem, we can provide a certificated Bailiff within 24 hours who will call at the address of your Tenant within 24 hours.

The Bailiff has the Powers to seize goods,  and remove goods if required if the Rent due is not paid, this doesn't cost the Landlord anything as the costs are passed onto the Tenant, a list of those charges can be found on our "What will it cost me" page.

The Bailiff will liaise with you the landlord throughout,  keeping you informed up to the minute.   Your rent arrears will be paid within 24 hours of us receiving it,  By BACs or Cash, ( rent arrears paid on Credit  or Debit cards may take up to four days, to clear into our account).

All our actions are noted, and a written report of all the actions taken by our company are passed to you as part of the service.

Commercial Premises (Evictions) Repossessions

If you have squatters and have applied through the courts for an eviction order, we can provide you with the Bailiffs to evict your squatters,  We can also repossess your property for you taking care of everything from the repossession or eviction to changing the locks and boarding up your shop if need be.

 

Personal Service (Process Serves)

Empire Enforcement offer a  process serving service,

For all those documents we serve we provide you with a report and a sworn affidavit  all for £82.00, if we are unable to serve we will provide a written report to explain why.
